Incident Command System (ICS) Training and Planning Services from WFPA

The Incident Command System is a management system developed for the management of man-made and naturally occurring emergency incidents. Applying basic management tools, ICS allows responders to emergency situations to work effectively and efficiently together using a common jargon, command structure, and communications system. The goals of using ICS are the preservation of life, incident stabilization and protection of property.

Required by OSHA through 29 CFR 1910.126, ICS training is a must for all employees who respond to hazardous material incidents.
